李春玲,1968年11月出生,博士,副教授,研究生导师
       教育背景:中国人民大学劳动经济学博士、北京师范大学经济学硕士和学士
       工作经历:北京工商大学商学院人力资源管理专业从事教学科研工作,曾赴爱尔兰考科大学、加拿大纽布伦斯威克大学访学
       教学课程:劳动经济学、人力资源管理、薪酬管理、人力资源管理业务实践
       研究领域:薪酬管理、人力资源管理、收入分配与就业
       科研项目:主持或参与国家以及省部级科研项目多项,如主持国家社会科学基金项目《“互联网+”背景下知识型员工绩效薪酬偏好影响创新行为的机理研究》、北京社科基金项目《基于全面薪酬满意度的北京零售企业员工激励机制研究》;此外,还主持或参与校企合作项目多项。
       著作论文:专著3部,代表著作:《美国企业年金制度研究》;在《国外社会科学》等国内重要学术期刊发表论文十余篇,参与译著教材多部
