何辉,1973年生,副教授,管理学博士,硕士生导师,工商管理系副主任,人力资源管理专业负责人。
      主讲课程:为本科生、硕士研究生和MBA学生主讲《人力资源管理》、《管理沟通》和《人员培训与开发》等课程
      主要研究领域:新员工入职管理、战略人力资源管理、绩效管理和职业管理等。
国际学术交流:2009年11月-12月:瑞典哥德堡大学访问学者;2011年5月-8月:爱尔兰考克大学访问学者;2015年8-11月:澳大利亚伊迪斯科文大学访问学者
      主要获奖:2006年北京市中青年骨干教师荣誉称号
      科研成果:
      1.在《中国人力资源开发》、《经济管理》、《经济体制改革》、《管理学报》等权威学术期刊发表论文20余篇,其中CSSCI来源期刊10余篇,2篇被《新华文摘》和《高等学校文科学术文摘》摘编。
      2.主持国家社科基金项目一项“组织社会化策略对女性员工工作适应与职业成长的作用机理研究”;参与省部级项目多项。
      3. 多次服务于中国铁建、中国移动、中国石油等大型企业,进行人力资源管理相关课程讲授或者管理咨询活动,其中研究报告“长庆油田绩效考核体系优化设计”获得中国石油集团公司管理创新二等奖。

Major fields: Orientation for new employees , training and development, performance management , career management and strategic human resource management.
Studying abroad: From Feb. to Dec. in 2009, a visiting scholar at Gothernberg University, Switzerlan.
 From May. To Aug. in 2011, a visiting scholar at University Cork Colleges, Ireland.
From Aug. to Nov. in 2015, a visiting scholar at Edith Cowan University, Australia.

2. To serve several famous Chinese companies such as China Mobile, China Petroleum and China Railway Construction as senior consultant. And  a report named “ How to optimaize the system of Changqing Oilfield performance management “ was awarded the second class prize by the China Petroleum corp.
