 Professor Ouyang Aiping, Master degree, was born in Xiangxiang city, Hunan Province. She is the secretary of general Party branch in Business School, and a supervisor of postgraduate, as well as one of Beijing colleges & universities’ prestigious teaching masters. She is also the examination consulting expert of Chinese Ministry of Education, member of China Business Accounting Association Academic Committee, and professor of The Open University of China. She teaches "Principles of Accounting", "Advanced Financial Accounting" and "Frontiers of Application Accounting Theory" and other undergraduate and graduate courses. Professor Ouyang’s work focuses on financial accounting, accounting information disclosure and regulation of listed companies, and other related issues. She has published dozens of papers in "Finance & Trade Economics", "Finance & Accounting" and other well-known journals, and is the author of five monographs. Presided over three key research projects of Beijing Education Commission and Beijing Social Sciences Foundation, and involved in six national or provincial social science subjects. In addition to her published pieces and scholarly activities, Professor Ouyang has major works: "Research on the Effect of the New Chinese Accounting Standards" (2011), "Intermediate Financial Accounting" (Beijing high-level teaching materials, 2009). She has won the first prize of undergraduate teaching competition for three times, and is advanced individual of "Three-Education Award". She is the main participants of Beijing Education Teaching Achievement Prize (the first and second prize), leading teacher of National high-level class "Intermediate Financial Accounting" and Beijing high-level class "Accounting principle.”
