Dr. Yuefan Sun, Associate Professor, got her Ph.D degree from Renmin University of China. She also got a Ph.D of co-education University of California and post-doc of Peking University. She is information department manager of Research Center for International Accounting and Finance and director of auditing and equity supervision research office, Accounting-based Investor Protection Research Center. She had been co-chairman of 23th Asian-Pacific Conference on International Accounting Issues. She has been Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Agent for decades. She is member of American Accounting Association, American Management Association and Chinese Accounting Association. She is reviewer for Journal of Beijing Technology and Business University (Social Science), Nankai Business Review and Friends of Accounting. She previously worked for Accounting Company for many years and abundant experience in Financial Management, Auditing and Consulting on Management. Her research interests include Accounting Control, Corporate Governance and Management of Information Systems. She has published in top-tier journals, core journals and conference papers. She attended lots of National 863 Project, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Social Science of Humanity Foundation by Education Ministry, Beijing Social Science Foundation.
