Sun Xiaoran was born in Shandong in 1987. She received her PhD degree in management from the University of New South Wales in 2013 and worked as a lecturer in School of Business, Beijing Technology and Business University since August 2014. Dr Sun teaches Business Essential and Management for both undergraduates and international MBA students. Her current research focuses on change management, leadership and retail management.
