Tan (F), Associate Professor,was granted Ph.D. degree in management in the Hunan University of the People’s Republic of China. She participated in “United Training” offered by Soka University in Tokyo, Japan for one whole year. She was engaged in post-doctoral research work in Beijing University of Technology of China during the period of 2012-2014. She focused her efforts in the field of management of environmental economy and services, etc. She used to take charge of various research subjects assigned by 3 provincial authorities. She has published in mainland China and abroad some academic papers and one book in Chinese.
