Baihui Sun, Female, was born in Liaoning in 1984. She received her Ph.D. in Industry Management from Nagoya University in Japan in 2017. Dr. Sun works as a lecturer in School of Business in Beijing Technology and Business University. Her research focuses on organizational theory, organizational behavior, human resources management etc. Her research papers have been published in several Japanese academic journals, such as The Economic Science，Chinese Economy and Management Studies etc. She also reported her researches at international conferences.
