Liu Beini, born in August 1988, Harbin, Heilongjiang, Ph.D., joined the Human Resources Management Teaching and Research Section of the Business School as a professional teacher in September 2018. In 2011, 2014, and 2018, she obtained a bachelor's degree in management, a master's degree in economics, and a doctoral degree in economics from the Capital University of Business and Economics. She was sent to the University of Montreal in Canada for joint training. She has published 18 papers in core and above journals, published 1 book as an associate editor, and won 2 national awards. She teaches undergraduate courses such as “Human Resources Management” and “Labor and Social Security”, and is committed to research on the optimal allocation of human resources in the labor market, moderate labor, and healthy organization management practices.
