Cao Yali, female, native of Xingtai City, Hebei Province. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Management from Shandong University in 2012, Ph.D. in Management from University of International Business and Economics in 2018. She did academic research in School of Accountancy (The Chinese University of Hong Kong) between 2016 and 2017. Dr. Cao joined Beijing Technology and Business University in Jul. 2018. Her research focuses on Venture Capital and Corporate Behavior, Institutional Environment, Corporate Finance, as well as Information Quality. Dr. Cao’s research papers have been published in the Accounting Research (China), the Auditing Research (China), Journal of Finance and Economics (China) etc.
