Yu yan, born in Fuzhou, Fujian province in July 1986, doctor, associate professor. He received his bachelor's degree in Management in 2008, master's degree in Management in 2010, both from Renmin University of China, and his doctor's degree in Accounting in 2014 from Peking University. He has joined the Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University in July 2014. His main research areas include Corporate Finance, Accounting Information Quality and Venture Capital, etc.. He has published many papers in <Economic Research>, <China Accounting Review> and other journals. He has participated in one natural science fund project and one humanities and social science project of the ministry of education.
