Zhang Xiaoju was born on January, 1989. She graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a Phd in engineering. She researches on the areal of port and maritime issues, logistics and supply chain. She has published several papers on journals such as 《System Engineering Theory and Practice》、《Transportation Research Part E》, and has participated 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China and several provincial foundations . She was awarded as the Outstanding Graduates of Liaoning Province in 2017.
