Yun-lai ZHANG was born in 1975 in Heilongjiang province and graduated from Nankai University with doctor degree. He is a associate professor, the Dean of Marketing Department, the expert of test center of ministry of education, expert of education committee of Chinese electrical appliances association and visiting scholar of Flinders university. He was one of excellent teachers of Beijing Industry and Business university in 2009 and 2012.The main courses include service management, marketing and tourism enterprise groups strategy management. Service management, tourism marketing and consumer behavior are the field of research. He Presided over two projects supported by the ministry of education and Beijing government, participated in 4 national projects, hosted over 10 projects supported by enterprises. He published 5 books including integrated research on impulse buying, service management, big customer management etc. More than 30 papers including the motivation and results of browsing behavior in retailing and mobile Internet application in tourism were published in the journal of Nankai university, journal of northeast forestry university, social scientist, journal of travel and others.
