李梓，1983年1月生于哈尔滨，中央财经大学会计学博士，2016年加入北京工商大学，现任商学院会计学讲师，目前主要担任“内部控制与风险管理”本科生课程教学工作。曾在德勤华永会计师事务所担任高级咨询顾问。致力于会计与审计、内部控制、公司治理等方面的研究。作为主要参与人参加国家级和省部级课题项目多项。曾在《北京工商大学学报》等学术期刊公开发表论文，多次受邀参加国际国内会计学术研讨会，获得中国商业会计学会2016学术年会优秀论文三等奖。出版著作《企业年金基金运营与监管创新》。
        Li Zi, female, was born in Harbin, Ph.D. of Accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics. She joined Beijing Technology and Business University in 2016,and a lecturer at business school. She teaches Internal control and risk management for undergraduate students in BTBU. She served as a senior consultant at DTT company. Her research focuses on accounting and auditing, internal control, corporate governance and so on. As the main participants to participate in a number of national and provincial projects. Her research papers have been published in the Journal of Beijing Technology and Business University and other academic journals.She also reported her research at national and international conferences.
