高晨，女，北京工商大学财务系教授，博士。1971年5月出生， 2002年月毕业于中国人民大学商学院会计系获管理学博士学位，2003年英国卡迪夫大学访问学者。现任教于北京工商大学商学院，主讲课程包括《管理会计》、《高级管理会计》等，北京市中青年骨干教师。近几年研究领域主要集中于管理会计与控制、业绩评价与激励契约、管理控制工具整合等方面，主持和参与国家级和省部级课题多项，在《Management Accounting Research》、《中国工业经济》及《会计研究》刊物发表论文二十多篇。代表专著包括《管理者业绩评价与激励的前沿问题研究——基于中国企业情景下的理论探索与创新》（经济科学出版社，2010），代表性论文包括《交互预算：应对战略不确定性、契合管理控制的新机制—基于天津一汽丰田公司的案例研究》（2010.9《会计研究》）、《主观业绩评价、高管激励与制度效果》（2009.4《中国工业经济》）等。

Chen Gao, PhD, Professor. She teaches “Management Accounting”, “Advanced Management Accounting”for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her research interests are management accounting and control, performance evaluation and incentives. She has published more than 20 papers at Management Accounting Research, China Industrial Economics, China Accounting Review and so on. Her representative publication are as follow: “Research on Frontiers of Performance management and incentives —Theory exploration and development based on China’s Enterprises”(Economic Science Press, 2010); “Subjective Performance Measurement, incentive and institutional Effects”(China Industrial Economics,2009.4)
