Yu yan, born in Fuzhou, Fujian province, doctor degree, associate professor. He received his bachelor's degree in Management in 2008, master's degree in Management in 2010, both from Renmin University of China, and his doctor's degree in Accounting in 2014 from Peking University. He has joined the Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University in July 2014. His main research areas include Corporate innovation, Accounting Information Quality, Venture Capital and Capital Market Pricing, etc.. He has published many papers in,,,,and other journals. He has hold in one natural science fund project, and participated in some natural science fund project and one humanities and social science project of the ministry of education.
