孙永波，男，出生于1970年8月，博士生导师，博士后，教授，北京工商大学商学院副院长。

主讲课程：“管理学”、“运营管理”、“企业管理概论”等本科与研究生、MBA课程。

研究领域：服务企业运营管理、项目管理、质量管理等。

重要科研成果：在《管理世界》、《中国软科学》、《中国工业经济》等国家级权威性经济管理类核心学术期刊发表论文60余篇；出版专著8部；主持和参与国家及省部级课题32项。2007年获北京市属市管高校中青年骨干教师称号。

代表作有：《客户中心运营管理》（2013年），《北京生产性服务业辐射力研究》（2010年），《生产与运作管理》（2010年），《现代企业管理的十大核心思想》（2009年），《管理学》（2006年），《企业运营策略创新研究》、（2006年），《企业运营战略》（2005年），《市场调查与预测》（2002年）。

Scientific research achievements: Published over 60 papers in national authoritative economic management kind of core journals , such as “Management World”, “China soft science”, “China industrial economics”; Published 8 monographs; Host and participated in 32 national and province departmental level topic;Awarded as Beijing city tube backbone of middle-aged and young teachers of colleges and universities in 2007.
