From May 4th to May 6th, Business School's leadership, including Mao Xinsu and Zhang Chunping, visited universities in Zhejiang and Shanghai for research and exchange. They visited the School of Business Administration at Zhejiang Gongshang University, the School of Accounting at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, and the School of Accounting at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

At Zhejiang Gongshang University’s School of Business Administration, discussions were held with attendees including Dean Yu Rongjian, Party Secretary Sun Yuan, Vice Deans Zhu Yue, Cen Jie, and Party Secretary of the School of Accounting Qiu Yizheng. They provided detailed introductions regarding the School's disciplinary specialties, doctoral program development, the integration of party building and business, digital transformation initiatives, talent recruitment, and the establishment of research centers. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as digital transformation in business, faculty team development, international accreditation of business programs, recruitment for professional master's programs, and graduate student training, as well as the expansion of alumni work.

At the School of Accounting, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, discussions were held with attendees including Dean Fang Junxiong, Party Secretary Zhang Hong, Vice Deans Li Wengui and Li Zongyan. They provided detailed introductions about the School's disciplinary specialties, party-building initiatives, comprehensive education, talent recruitment, faculty team development, digital transformation, research organization, unique talent development programs, and recruitment and training of professional master's students. Both Schools engaged in in-depth discussions about these topics.
 

At the School of Accounting, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, the School's Party Secretary Zheng Jihong introduced the construction of the "Huang Danian-Style Teacher Team" among national universities. Deputy Dean Zhu Kai discussed topics such as undergraduate enrollment and employment, specific explorations in digital transformation, smart curriculum reform, and talent cultivation. Deputy Dean Zeng Qingsheng introduced professional master's enrollment, graduate student training, internationalization strategy, business school international accreditation, and the mechanisms and expansion of alumni work at the college. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics like accounting reform, innovation, and the introduction of talents for the new era of accounting talent cultivation.

These research and exchange visits deepened our understanding of business administration schools and accounting schools in other universities. They allowed us to exchange initiatives, work experiences, and achievements related to the research theme, paving the way for future development in areas such as disciplinary and professional development, party building and ideological and political work, talent cultivation in the era of data intelligence, and the reform of the secondary management system. Such visits held significant reference value for the deepening of high-quality development in our School.
