Updated: 2017-11-29

On November 25, the 5th Beijing Municipal Logistics Design Competition for college students ended in Beijing Technology and Business University. Hosted by Beijing Municipal Education Commission and organized by BTBU Business School, the competition gave away five first prizes, five second prizes, and ten third prizes.

The competition was launched in July and ended in November 2017. The theme of the competition was “Terminal Distribution Solutions in Beijing Municipal Administrative Center”. 40 teams from 15 universities in Beijing submitted their final proposals. After anonymous reviews by experts, 10 teams entered the final defense, where experts commented and scored on site. This year's Logistics Design Competition not only enhanced the innovation awareness and the ability of college students to solve practical problems, but also provided a platform for college students to communicate.

The team “New Excellent Team” formed by students of the Logistics Management of BTBU Business School—Liu Hanyue (Team Leader), Wang Yuting, Xiao Chang, Yang Ruiming, and Ning Ru—won first prize in the competition.
