Business School Held ​the 12th Basic Teaching Skills Competition and the 3rd Teaching Master and Teaching Pacesetter Competition

On the afternoon of November 11, 2022, the 12th Basic Teaching Skills Competition for Young Teachers and the 3rd Teaching Master and Teaching Pacesetter Competition were held in Rome 501 of the Comprehensive Building. The competitions invited Teaching Supervisors of Liberal Arts, including Professor Feng Zhongyue and Professor Liang Xun, teachers of the School including Zhang Jide and Kuai Pengzhou and two students from the Accounting and Business Management disciplines as the judges. Associated dean Zhang Weihua participated in the competition. Several teachers from the Business School attended the virtual session of the competition for learning.

The competitions were divided into two categories, namely teaching master and teaching pacesetter. The score consisted of three aspects including declared teaching materials and teaching plans, on-the-spot teaching and students’ liberal appraisal. Nine teachers competed for the awards.

The competitions provided a stage for teacher where they demonstrated themselves and learned from others. In the future, the Business School will advance the improvement of its teachers’ teaching skills and teaching quality through various forms and means centered on the digital transformation of the business studies.
