Business School Held an Employment Sharing Meeting on Bank Employment

On the evening of October 20, 2022, the Business School held an employment-sharing meeting on bank employment. Themeeting invited four alumni who worked in banks to share their experience. Nearly 300 postgraduates attended the virtual session of the meeting.

The alumni included Zhou Hongyang, 2022 recruit postgraduate of MBA, currently working at the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd.; Wang Jiaming, 2020 recruit postgraduate of MPACC, currentlyworking at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China; Xu Xuanlian, 2020 recruit postgraduate of Corporate Management, currently working at the China CITIC Bank; and Li Yunjie, 2020 recruit postgraduate of MBA, currently working at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. They gave a detailed introduction to the work at banks, prospects for employees, their preference for employees and how to make yourself more competitive. They also answered the questions put forward by participants.

The employment sharing meeting on bank employment helped students from the Business School better understand the positioning and development of the field, thus being clearer about their own advantages and future development. It was an exploration and attempt to benefit the cultivation of postgraduates for the Business School.
