Under the background of the rapid development of digital technology and the country's vigorous promotion of digital transformation of state-owned enterprises, the Business School held the summit forum of digital transformation of state-owned enterprises and released the Blue Book of Digital Transformation of State-owned Enterprises (2021) on December 18th, 2021. The forum was presided over by Professor Mao Xinshu, Dean of Business School while Vice Chancellor Gong Liutang, delivered a speech by Gong Liutang, Vice Chancellor. Professor Huang Qunhui, Director of Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Huang Sujian, President of CEMRA (China Enterprise Management Research Association) and eight other professional scholars and industry people delivered keynote speeches.
In his speech, Vice Chancellor, Gong Liutang, thanked the leaders and experts for their support on behalf of the school, emphasized the significance of the research on digital transformation of state-owned enterprises, and put forward hope for the next related research.
On behalf of the research team, Professor Mao Xinshu, Dean of Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University, reported the early achievements of the research on digital transformation of state-owned enterprises. Afterward, the participating experts made thematic reports on how to implement the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises and put forward constructive opinions.

The forum was held online and offline and more than 90 business school teachers and students, including school leaders and business school leaders, attended the meeting. The forum summarized the previous research achievements of business schools in the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises and discussed and exchanged the initiatives and achievements of industries and enterprises in promoting the digital transformation and research of state-owned enterprises through the participation of off-campus experts. It clarified the direction and importance of the digital transformation of state-owned economy and put forward specific paths and relevant suggestions.
