​BTBU Business School Held the Discipline of High-Tech Innovation Forum in Beijing: “Innovation in Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enter

On August 27 2020, the Discipline of high-tech Innovation Forum in Beijing was held by the Business School of BTBU. This forum was launched by BTBU, the Renmin University of China, the University of International Business and Economics, and the Capital University of Economics and Business. It aims to rely on the advantages of the business administration disciplines of the four universities to jointly build an exchange platform for the discipline of high-tech innovation in Beijing. The theme of this forum is “Innovation in Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises in the New Era.”


Professor Huang Xiankai, Secretary of the Party Committee of BTBU, attended the forum and delivered a speech. He thanked the experts and scholars in attendance for their support and assistance in the business administration discipline of BTBU. He introduced the history, development situation, achievements of the business administration discipline of BTBU, and the problems and challenges faced by the discipline construction. He hopes to use this forum as an opportunity to gather the wisdom of experts to discuss the ideas of discipline construction.


Professor Deng Ziliang, Deputy Dean of the Business School of the Renmin University of China, introduced the background and theme of this forum. Professor Mao Xinshu, Dean of the Business School of BTBU, introduced the preparations for the SOE Corporate Governance Forum and reported the latest research results under the title of “Corporate Governance of SOEs in the New Era: Exploration and Evidence”.


During the communication, researcher Huang Qunhui of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Professor Gao Chuang of the Capital University of Economics and Business, Professor Li Weian of Nankai University, Professor Lu Zhengfei of Peking University, Ye Kangtao of the Renmin University of China, and Professor Zhang Xinmin of the University of International Business and Economics gave wonderful speeches respectively. They provided useful ideas for the follow-up research on state-owned enterprise reform at the theoretical and practical levels.


Professor Liu Xuexin, Dean of the Business Administration School of the Capital University of Economics and Business, introduced the discipline construction of their school and its related achievements before making a summary of the forum.
