Business School Invited Dr. Li Gang from the Department of Management of Bentley University for an Academic Exchange

On September 6, 2017, at the invitation of the Department of Logistics Management of the Business School, Dr. Li Gang from the Department of Management of Bentley University gave an academic exchange to BTBU Meeting Room 621 of the Multiple-Purpose Building of Fucheng Road Campus from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The lecture was hosted by Mr. Zhang Hao. Yang Haoxiong, Associate Dean of the Business School, Ms. Sun Hongxia, Ms. Zhang Linlin, Mr. Zhao Chuan and postgraduate students of the Business School attended the lecture, which was entitled “Models and Algorithms for Service Network Design and Reduction”.
In the lecture, Dr. Li Gang pointed out that the sustainable development of the service industry was getting more and more attention. The word “service” in the topic was not only a breakthrough but also an innovation in the research of supply chain. The whole lecture was relaxing yet lively. Dr. Li Gang’s fluent analysis, clear experimental logic, and humorous manner of expression won warm applause from the faculty and students in attendance.
