obtained bachelor's degree in management, master's degree in management and doctor's degree in management science and engineering granted by Hunan University of China respectively in 2006, 2008 and 2012.

She was sent by the government to Soka University in Japan for joint training and engaged in postdoctoral research in Beijing University of Technology.
