Chuan Zhao, male, born in Beijing, Ph.D. in economics, Associate Professor. He graduated from University of International Business and Economics in 2016, studied at Lund University (Sweden) as a joint Ph.D. His research interests are logistics and supply chain management, inventory control, dual-channel supply chain optimization and corporate risk management. He teaches 《Logistics and Supply Chain Management》,《Logistics System Theory》,《Logistics Information System》and 《Operation and Production Management》 for undergraduate, graduate and international MBA students.
He has published several papers in well-known journals, such as 《Production and Operations Management》(UT/Dallas 24), 《Packaging Technology and Science》(SCI#2), 《System Engineering Theory and Practice》(EI/Category A of NSFC), 《Operations and Management》(Category A of NSFC). Recently he presided over one Beijing Social Science Foundation Project and one Corporate Consulting Project, and participated in two national-level projects and four provincial-level projects. He has won the first prize of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing—BaoGong Logistics Award, and the second prize for excellent research paper of China Society of Logistics.
